Palazzo Esedra Hotel - Naples

Really good staff service!

We were in a nice and unbeatable location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Zoo di Napoli. The room was a nice size and brand-new with huge bed, a big TV screen, bathroom, had a good night's sleep. The ambience felt really contemporary and the service was very good;)))

The staff were super friendly and helped, especially alberto and his team! The room was really clean and comfy, and i loved how big it was. Even tho it's not in the city center, the metro was just a short walk away, made getting around naples easy. Breakfast was good, just wish there were more veggies tho. It was a great experience and we'll totally be back!

Breakfast could use more hot options, and the area was a bit sketchy at night. Also had to pay city tax that we didn't know about until check out.

Good for a family getaway

The staff are friendly , especially at front desk , they really go the extra mile to help you. Free parking and wifi was super convenient for us.

Prices weren't exactly cheap , but in the end it's still acceptable for what you get.

Exploring Molo Beverello Port was a hit with the family! The hotel staff were genuinely friendly. We couldn't resist the historic charm of the building. It's a visual treat.

My wife says that breakfast options could be expanded for families.

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect for walking around Stadio San Paolo Stadium. The hotel itself was in a lovely quiet area, near to outside of the venue-Napoli FC's stadium, Mergellina, and Posillipo, probably the nicest areas in Naples. Stayed at a well-equipped and comfortable quiet room with a French bed, spa tub, for instance. The breakfast was above average and satisfactory and offered lots of great food.

The staff here are all super friendly and easy to chat with 😊. Everyone is really nice and welcoming, making your stay feel extra pleasant.
